You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take with you when you visit the attraction in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email or showing it on your mobile device, as this will contain a barcode which will grant you quicker access.
No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds.
On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number. Present this ticket on arrival, either printed or on your mobile device, or simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.
You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID.

You can arrive anytime between 10.30 and 3pm, the lamb feeding sessions are 11.30 and 2pm,
Generally the visits last between 2/3 hours, although it can vary from Group/family to family

Yes, we do, there are disabled parking spaces. The rest of the farm is level concrete walkways, the main barn is accessible to wheelchairs, mobility scooters and double buggies. Sorry but we do not have any available for hire at present.

We have catering facilities on site with a variety of hot and cold food available all day.
Yes, including disabled toilets and baby changing facilities.
Well we are a working farm, and it can be wet and muddy in places on and near our car park, though once you are through the entrance area, most of it is concrete.
Yes, but only with our food (carrots/pellets) which can be purchased on site and all monies go to local charity, (occasionally we must limit the quantity if they are over their daily quota, or they will not be able to fly!)
